During the raw material procurement process, we have established an extremely strict supplier screening mechanism and only cooperate with suppliers who have an excellent reputation in the industry and can continuously and stably supply high-quality biodegradable raw materials. The selected raw materials must not only fully comply with international authoritative quality and environmental protection standards, such as the composition and performance specifications clearly defined by certification systems like EN13432 and BPI, but also each batch of raw materials has to undergo multiple meticulous inspection procedures before entering the factory. This includes accurate composition analysis, comprehensive physical performance testing, etc. Only raw materials with completely satisfactory inspection results can enter the production process.
In the production process, we are equipped with advanced automatic production equipment and have assembled a professional and experienced technical team. To ensure the accuracy and stability of the production process, all production equipment is meticulously maintained and accurately calibrated according to a predetermined schedule. From the precise mixing ratio of raw materials to the perfect forming and clear printing of packaging bags, we have set strict and scientific quality control points for each process. By combining online monitoring and sampling inspection, we conduct real-time and dynamic monitoring of key physical indicators such as product thickness, strength, and dimensional accuracy, and firmly ensure that each production link closely adheres to the preset high-quality standards.
In terms of finished product inspection, we implement a comprehensive and rigorous multi-dimensional inspection procedure. In addition to conducting a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the product's appearance to ensure that there are no flaws and the printing is clear, complete, and with uniform colors, we also use professional simulation testing equipment to deeply verify the degradation performance of the product, simulating whether it can be effectively degraded in the expected time period and ideal degradation mode under different natural environmental conditions (such as different temperatures, humidity, soil types, etc.). At the same time, according to relevant international and domestic standards, advanced testing instruments are used to conduct sampling inspections of the product's physical properties, such as strict mechanical property tests such as tensile strength and tear strength. Only when all inspection items are flawlessly qualified can the finished products be allowed to be packaged and shipped.
In addition, we have carefully constructed a complete and efficient quality traceability system. From the detailed batch information of raw material procurement, to the accurate records of production processes, and then to the detailed reports of finished product inspection, the information generated in each link is recorded in full and can be conveniently and quickly queried through a dedicated traceability system. Once any quality problem occurs, with the help of this powerful traceability system, we can quickly and accurately locate the root cause of the problem in a very short time and take corresponding corrective and preventive measures in a timely and decisive manner to effectively ensure the continuous stability and reliability of product quality and maximize customer satisfaction and trust.
