BSCI stands for Business Social Compliance Initiative. BSCI factory inspection is actually a social responsibility factory inspection, which can also be said to be a human rights factory inspection.

1. Whether there is child labor in the factory.

2. Whether it is forced labor and whether the wages are at the minimum level.

3. Whether the employee union is established and operated, and whether the fire safety measures in the workplace meet the standards.

4. Whether the stipulated wages are too long and paid on time.

5. A series of factory social responsibility issues such as excessive overtime hours and possible forms of discrimination

1. Fulfill guest requests.

2. Increase factory productivity and thereby increase profits.

3. Lay a solid foundation for the long-term import and export development of the factory.
